SAT Prep Classes


              Register for the SAT Prep Classes hosted on October 4th as soon as possible. Learn crucial skills and tips that will be needed to succeed on the exam! Classes are free and are taught by retired college professor Dr. Mary Christensen. Space is limited so register now!

The W.A.V.E Kickoff Event




      The new WAVE kickoff event will be on Friday, September 21st. Drop in anytime between 2:30 and 4:30 PM to learn about this brand new volunteer opportunity.  The first official WAVE meeting will take place on Friday, September 28 at 4 PM.  It's going to be the most fun way to earn volunteer hours from the Teen Zone!

It's Not Too Late

There's still plenty of time to sign up for theTeen Summer Reading Program. Use our online program to track and log the number of minutes you read this summer. All teens who read a minimum of 30 hours will be invited to a pizza and ice cream party at the end of summer. In addition, there will be a prize for the teen who reads and completes the most challenges. Also, all those logs and completed challenges will give you Book Bucks to use at the Survivor Style Auction on August 24. You don't want to miss this event, there will be amazing prizes like gift certificates to 5Wits and Chipotle and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Being Active With Mental Health

Come to the Westborough Public Library on Saturday, April 28 at 2 PM for "Being Active with Mental Health", a Girl Scout Gold Award project by high school junior Michaela Clancy. The curriculum includes free mental health and suicide crisis situation training and a discussion of mental health in our lives. The curriculum is recommended for high school age and older.  Be sure to check out Michaela's website for additional information.

March 22 at 7:00 PM: Teen Choice Awards Extravaganza




We asked and you answered and now it's time to find out who will be the big winners. This will be an award show like no other. Prizes don't go to the winners but to the audience and there are LOTS of prizes. In addition to prizes there will be lots of snacks and FREE FOOD. The hosts for the evening are working on making this the best award show of the season!! There are only 40 seats so make sure you reserve your spot today!!
